2562 Arrest warrant for defendant—review
(1) A defendant may, at any time and from time to time, apply to the court
for an order that—
(a) the warrant be set aside; or
(b) the defendant be released from custody; or
(c) an order made under rule 2560 (Arrest warrant for defendant—
court powers) be amended.
Rule 2563
(2) On an application under subrule (1), the court may make any order
that it could make under rule 2560.
