2555 Arrest warrant for defendant—costs of enforcement
(1) Unless the court otherwise orders—
(a) the plaintiff is liable to pay to the enforcement officer the costs
the enforcement officer considers appropriate for enforcing a
warrant under this division for the arrest of a defendant; and
(b) the enforcement officer may, as a condition of enforcing the
warrant, require the plaintiff to give security, for the amount and
in the form the enforcement officer considers appropriate, for
the costs to be incurred by the enforcement officer in enforcing
the warrant.
(2) The enforcement officer may refuse to execute a warrant if the
plaintiff fails to comply with a reasonable requirement by the
enforcement officer under subrule (1) (b).
