2452 Orders for delivery of possession of land—preconditions (1) An order for possession of land (the original order) may be enforced by an order for delivery of possession of land only if the person against whom the original order is to be enforced is served with a copy of the original order at least 7 days before the order for delivery of possession of land is made.
