244 Included or changed parties—other orders about future conduct of proceeding The court may also make any order it considers appropriate for the future conduct of the proceeding, including, for example, an order about— (a) serving the order, and other documents; and (b) amending documents; and (c) filing a notice of intention to respond or defence by a person included or substituted as a defendant.
