2433 Receiver—relevant considerations for appointment
(1) In deciding whether to make an order appointing a receiver, the court
must have regard to—
(a) the amount of the order debt; and
(b) the amount likely to be obtained by the receiver; and
(c) the probable costs of appointing and remunerating a receiver.
Rule 2434
(2) In deciding whether to make an order appointing a receiver, the court
may direct the holding of an enforcement hearing or other inquiry
about a matter mentioned in subrule (1) or anything else the court
considers relevant.
