2357 Earnings redirection order—person served not employer (a) an earnings redirection order is served on a person on the basis that the person is the enforcement debtor’s employer; and (b) the person is not the enforcement debtor’s employer when the order is served on the person. (2) The person must immediately tell the registrar, in writing, that the person is not the enforcement debtor’s employer. Note See approved form 2.66 (Notice that debtor not employee) AF2006-311. (3) To remove any doubt, the person is not bound by the order.
