2331 Regular redirection order—application of div 2.18.6 (1) The provisions of division 2.18.6 (other than the non-applied provisions) apply, with any necessary changes, to a regular redirection order under this division as if a reference to the third person were a reference to the financial institution. non-applied provisions means the following provisions: • rule 2301 (3) (Debt redirection order—making) • rule 2308 (Debt redirection order—when debt redirected) • rule 2310 (Debt redirection order—payments by third person).
