2303 Debt redirection order—relevant considerations (1) In deciding whether to make a debt redirection order, the court must have regard to the following matters, as far as they are known to the court: (a) the enforcement debtor’s means of satisfying the order debt; (b) whether the order debt, including any interest, will be satisfied (c) the necessary living expenses of the enforcement debtor and the (d) other liabilities of the enforcement debtor; (e) the amount of the order debt; (f) the amount of the debt to be redirected and the amount of each instalment (if any);
