2302 Debt redirection order—application (1) An application for a debt redirection order is made by filing in the Note See approved form 2.62 (Debt redirection order) AF2006-307. money order; and relation to the money order; and under the money order on the affidavit date and how the amount is worked out; and payment under the money order, will accrue after the affidavit (j) the name of the third person; and
