2301 Debt redirection order—making (1) On application by the enforcement creditor or enforcement debtor for an enforceable money order of the court, the court may make an order (a debt redirection order) authorising the redirection to the enforcement creditor of the third person’s debt to the enforcement (2) To remove any doubt, a single debt redirection order may be made in relation to 2 or more debts. (3) A debt may be redirected only if the debt is payable or accruing to the enforcement debtor by the third person on the day the order for redirection of the debt is served on the third person.
