2300 Application—div 2.18.6 (1) This division applies if a debt is, or is likely to become, payable by a person (a third person) to the enforcement debtor for a money order. Note Div 2.18.7 also applies if the third person is a financial institution and regular redirection of amounts is, or is to be, authorised. (2) However, this division does not apply to— (a) a redirection of earnings; or (b) an order for the payment of money into court. Note Div 2.18.8 deals with earnings redirection orders.
