2234 Seizure and sale order—report by enforcement officer (1) If an enforcement officer sells property seized under a seizure and sale order, the enforcement officer must, on request by the registrar, enforcement creditor or enforcement debtor, give a report of the sale of the property seized under a seizure and sale order. Rule 2235 (2) The report must include an account of— (a) the proceeds of the sale and any other amount received by the enforcement officer under the seizure and sale order; and (b) all the costs and charges incurred in giving effect to the order, including any costs of removing the property from where it was seized and advertising the sale; and (c) how the proceeds and other amount (if any) have been disposed of.
