2232 Seizure and sale order—purchase by enforcement officer or auctioneer prohibited (a) an enforcement officer; or (b) a real estate agent or auctioneer appointed or engaged by an enforcement officer in relation to a seizure and sale order; or (c) an employee of the real estate agent or auctioneer. Rule 2233 (2) A person to whom this rule applies is not entitled— (a) to bid at an auction at which property seized under the order is offered for sale; or (b) to purchase, personally or for someone else, any property seized under the order at auction or by private agreement.
