2228 Seizure and sale order—effect of ending of order on completion of sale etc Subject to any order made by the court under rule 2056 (Enforcement orders—orders about enforcement)— (a) the ending of a seizure and sale order under rule 2052 (Enforcement orders—duration and renewal of certain enforcement orders given to enforcement officers) does not affect any agreement for sale or other transaction entered into under the authority of the order before the order ends; and (b) any action necessary to complete the sale or give effect to the transaction may be taken as if the order were still in force.
