2227 Seizure and sale order—effect of sale of property (1) A sale of property by an enforcement officer under this division is as valid as if the property had been sold to the purchaser by the enforcement debtor personally. Rule 2228 (2) In an instrument executed by an enforcement officer in relation to land, a statement in the instrument to the effect that— (a) the land has been sold under a seizure and sale order; and (b) the seizure and sale order was made for the enforcement of a money order made in a proceeding stated in the order; is admissible in any proceeding as evidence of those facts.
