2220 Seizure and sale order—sale at best price obtainable (1) This rule applies if the property seized under a seizure and sale order is not sold under rule 2216 (Seizure and sale order—nature of sale). (2) The enforcement officer or enforcement creditor may apply to the court for an order to sell the property at the best price obtainable. (3) The application must be accompanied by an affidavit, or a report by the enforcement officer, in support of the application giving details of the required steps for sale that have been taken. (4) A copy of the application and affidavit must be served on the enforcement debtor and any other interested party.
