2210 Seizure and sale order—seizure of real property (1) This rule applies if an enforcement creditor asks an enforcement officer to seize real property under a seizure and sale order. (2) The enforcement officer is taken to have seized the real property for these rules if the enforcement officer gives the enforcement debtor— (a) a sealed copy of the seizure and sale order; and (b) a copy of a notice that the enforcement officer is instructed to seize and sell the real property. (3) Actual seizure is not necessary to authorise the sale of real property
