221 Plaintiffs may be included or substituted (1) This rule applies if a proceeding has been started in the name of the wrong person as plaintiff or there is doubt whether the proceeding has been started in the name of the right person as plaintiff. (2) The court may order that someone else, or other people, be included or substituted as plaintiff if satisfied— (a) that starting the proceeding in the wrong name was a genuine mistake; and (b) that it is necessary to enable the court to adjudicate effectively and completely on all issues in dispute in the proceeding.
