2105 Enforcement hearing—service of enforcement hearing subpoena (1) An enforcement hearing subpoena must be served on the addressee for the subpoena at least 14 days before the date set for the enforcement hearing. (2) A copy of the form of the statement to be completed in accordance with rule 2106 must be served with the enforcement hearing subpoena. Note The addressee is not required to comply with the subpoena unless conduct money is given to the addressee a reasonable time before attendance is required (see r 6606 (1)).
