2102 Enforcement hearing—limit on number of applications (1) An enforcement creditor may apply to the court for, and the court may order, 2 or more enforcement hearings for an enforcement debtor, whether in relation to the same order debt or different order debts. (2) However, the enforcement creditor must not make more than 1 application for an enforcement hearing for the enforcement debtor in relation to the same order debt within a 6-month period unless the court gives leave. (3) An application for leave must be accompanied by an affidavit in support of the application. Rule 2103
