2009 Enforcement—enforcement of Supreme Court order in Magistrates Court (1) If the amount payable under an enforceable money order of the Supreme Court is within the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court, the order may be enforced in the Magistrates Court. (2) To enforce the order, the order must be filed in the Magistrates Court. (3) Unless the Supreme Court otherwise orders, the costs of the order’s enforcement, whether in the Supreme Court or the Magistrates Court, must be assessed on the basis of work done for or in relation to a proceeding in the Magistrates Court.
