2003 Enforcement—by or against non-party (1) If an order is made in favour of, or obtained by, a person who is not a party to the proceeding in which the order is made, the person may enforce the order as if the person were a party. (2) However, the person must not start a proceeding to enforce the order unless the person gives the court an address for service. (3) If an order is made against a person who is not a party when the order is made, the order may be enforced against the person as if the person were a party. Rule 2004 (4) If an order is made against a corporation that is not a party when the order is made, a senior officer of the corporation is liable to the same process of enforcement as if the corporation were a party.
