2002 Enforcement—enforcement application is application in original proceeding An application to the court for an enforcement order in relation to an enforceable money order or non-money order of the court is an application in the proceeding in the court in which the money order or non-money order was made, registered or filed. A person’s address for service in the proceeding in the court in which the money order or non-money order was made, registered or filed is the person’s address for service for an application to the court for an enforcement order in relation to the money order or non-money order (unless the address for service is changed under these rules).
