200 Including causes of action (1) A plaintiff may, whether seeking relief in the same or different capacities, include in the same proceeding as many causes of action as the plaintiff has against a defendant. (2) However, for the Magistrates Court, causes of action may be included in the same proceeding only if the total amount claimed in the proceeding is not more than the maximum amount for which the court has jurisdiction.
