1903 Security for costs—way security given (1) If the court orders the plaintiff to give security for costs, the security must be given for the amount, in the form, at the time the court directs. (2) If the court does not state the form of security to be given— (a) the security must be given in a form satisfactory to the registrar; and (b) the registrar’s approval of the form of security must be written on the order before it is issued. (3) After giving the security, the plaintiff must serve on the defendant notice of the time when, and the way, the security was given.
