1854 Costs—reconsideration of registrar’s assessment (1) If a party files a notice and statement under rule 1852 (Costs— procedure for reconsideration), the registrar must— (a) reconsider a decision objected to having regard to the statement of objection and any reply filed under rule 1853; and (b) give reasons for the decision on reconsideration; and (c) issue a certificate of assessment in accordance with the decision on reconsideration.
