1851 Costs—application for reconsideration (1) This rule applies if a party has objected under rule 1807 (Costs— notice of objection to bill of costs) or attends an assessment and objects to any decision of the registrar. (2) The party may apply to the registrar in accordance with rule 1852 for reconsideration of the decision. (3) For this rule, the registrar does not make a decision on an item in a bill of costs if no-one objected, or sought to object, to the item and the registrar allows the item.
