1802 Costs—content of bill of costs A bill of costs must contain— (a) the name and address for service of the solicitor whose costs are to be assessed; and (b) each item of work claimed, or disbursement made, numbered consecutively; and (c) the date each item of work was done; and (d) the number of the item in the prescribed scale of costs for each item of work claimed; and
