1733 Costs—solicitor appointed litigation guardian (1) This rule applies if a solicitor is appointed by the court as litigation guardian of a person with a legal disability. (2) The court may direct that the solicitor’s costs incurred in exercising the functions of litigation guardian must be paid— (a) by all or any of the parties to the proceeding in which the appointment is made; or (b) out of a fund in court (if any) in which the person is interested. (3) The court may give directions for the payment of costs mentioned in subrule (2).
