1728 Costs—for application reserved If the court reserves costs of an application in a proceeding, the costs reserved become costs in the cause, unless the court otherwise orders. Rule 1729 Note 3 If a proceeding is removed to the court from another court or tribunal, the costs up to the time of the removal must be assessed as if the proceeding had remained in the court from which it was removed (see r 1707 (Costs—proceeding removed to another court).
