1182 Mediation or neutral evaluation—agreements and arrangements arising from sessions (1) The court may make orders to give effect to an agreement or arrangement between the parties arising out of a mediation session or neutral evaluation. (2) This division does not affect the enforceability of any other agreement or arrangement that may be made, whether or not arising out of a mediation session or neutral evaluation, in relation to the matters that are the subject of the mediation session or neutral evaluation.
