1178 Neutral evaluation—appointment of evaluator
(1) The following people can be an evaluator:
(a) the registrar of the court;
(b) someone else that the court considers has the skills and
qualifications to be an evaluator and appoints as an evaluator.
(2) The Legislation Act, part 19.3 (Appointments) does not apply to the
appointment of an evaluator under this rule.
