1177 Mediation—appointment of mediator
(1) A person can be a mediator if the person—
(a) is an accredited mediator; and
(b) is appointed by the court as a mediator.
(2) The Legislation Act, part 19.3 (Appointments) does not apply to the
appointment of a mediator under this rule.
