79B Prosecution reply—expert evidence For section 78 (1) (c), written notice by the prosecution in reply to a notice under this division from an accused person in a proceeding (a) if the accused person’s notice states an intention to adduce expert evidence in the proceeding—state any objections or relevant matters of fact or law that the prosecution intends to raise in relation to the expert evidence; and (b) if the accused person’s notice states no intention to adduce expert evidence in the proceeding—confirm receipt of the accused person’s notice.
