31 Enforcement of judgments by the Crown Subject to this part, any relevant rules of court and the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, a judgment recovered by the Crown may be enforced in the same way as a judgment in a proceeding between subjects, and not in any other way.
