20 Definitions—pt 4 corresponding law means a law of a State or another Territory that is declared by regulation to be a law that corresponds to this part. Crown includes a Minister, instrumentality or agency of the Crown and a person prescribed by regulation. judgment means a judgment or order of a court or the ACAT. proceeding means a civil proceeding or proceeding before the ACAT. Territory Crown means the Crown in right of the Territory. the Territory includes a Minister, instrumentality or agency of the Territory and a person prescribed by regulation.
