12 Definitions—pt 3 determined fee means a fee determined under this part. fee includes a charge and a tax. relevant legislation means any of the following: (a) the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008; (b) the Coroners Act 1997; (c) this Act; (d) the Crimes (Sentence Administration) Act 2005; (e) the Leases (Commercial and Retail) Act 2001; (f) the Magistrates Court Act 1930; (g) the Supreme Court Act 1933; (h) any other legislation prescribed by regulation. Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including regulations (see Legislation Act, s 104).
