11D Chief executive officer not to direct registrars in relation to court functions (1) A registrar or deputy registrar of a court is not subject to direction by the chief executive officer in the exercise of a function of the court. (2) A registrar or deputy registrar of the ACAT is not subject to direction by the chief executive officer in the exercise of a function of the ACAT.
