Australian Capital Territory regulation
The rules amend rules 6250 and 6251 of the Court Procedures Rules 2006, adding or changing listed court matters drawn from the Criminal Code 2002 and Children and Young People Act 2008. Several listed matters are included only when an order or application is consented to or not opposed; the rules commence on 1 July 2026 (rules 2, 4 and 5). This is general legal information, not legal advice. Zoe can make mistakes; have a qualified Australian lawyer check it before relying on it or acting on it.
