7 Instrument for purposes of section 194A of the Act
An instrument for the purposes of section 194A of the Act may be issued by an appropriate authority, and shall: (a) be directed to the person in charge of the prison where the prisoner is undergoing the sentence of imprisonment; and (b) require the person to produce the prisoner at the time and place specified in the instrument; and (c) specify the purpose for which the prisoner is required to be produced.
