23 Order referring charge or case to Defence Force magistrate
When the Registrar refers a charge or a case to a Defence Force magistrate, the Registrar must, in the order referring the charge or the case: (a) specify the Defence Force magistrate to whom the charge or case is referred; and (b) fix, or provide for the fixing of, the time and place for the hearing of the charge or case.
