20 Registrar may liaise with certain persons
In order to fulfil a function or a duty under the Act, these Rules or the regulations, the Registrar may liaise or consult with any of the following: (a) a judge advocate; (b) a prosecuting officer; (c) a defending officer; (d) the Director of Defence Counsel Services; (e) service authorities; (f) personnel who may be appointed as the President, member or reserve member of a court martial; (g) civilian agencies and authorities.
