#### 13 Restrictions on access—court orders and other laws 13 Restrictions on access—court orders and other laws > There is no entitlement to access to court information under this Act if providing that access would contravene— > > > (a) any order of a court that prohibits or restricts the publication or disclosure of information, or > > > (b) any provision made by or under any other Act or law that prohibits or restricts the publication or disclosure of information.
