99 Transitional provision—Courts Legislation Amendment (Judicial Officers) Act 2013 A reserve judge currently engaged by the Attorney-General under section 12B as in force immediately before the amendment of that section by the **Courts Legislation Amendment (Judicial Officers) Act 2013** is taken to have been engaged by the Chief Judge under section 12B as amended by that Act and his or her engagement continues and has effect accordingly.
