75 Appeal from court constituted by associate judge to Trial Division of the Supreme Court (1) Subject to subsection (2), any party to a civil proceeding who is dissatisfied with any judgment or order of the court constituted by an associate judge may appeal from the same to the Trial Division of the Supreme Court, despite the civil proceeding having been brought in the County Court by consent as provided by this Act. (2) An appeal under this section— (a) is subject to leave by the associate judge constituting the court or to leave by the Trial Division of the Supreme Court; and (b) is to be in accordance with the Rules of the Supreme Court.
