4C Dealing with proceedings for certain offences The Koori Court Division has jurisdiction to deal with a proceeding for an offence (other than an offence constituted by a contravention of a sentence imposed by it) in the circumstances set out in section 4E. S. 4D inserted by No. 51/2008 s. 6.
