28A Exemption from court fees
The registrar and every deputy registrar of the court shall demand receive and take for the use of His Majesty the several fees fixed by the rules to be paid in respect of proceedings in the criminal jurisdiction and the appellate jurisdiction of the court but except where otherwise expressly provided no such fee shall be demanded received or taken from any police officer acting in the execution of his duty or from any person acting for and by the authority of His Majesty or of the Secretary to the Department of Health or of any municipal council in the discharge of any right or duty imposed by any Act relating to the public health.
