(1) The registrar and every deputy registrar may take and administer affidavits depositions statutory declarations oaths and affirmations in relation to any proceeding. (2) Any affidavit to be used in the court must be sworn or affirmed before an authorised affidavit taker within the meaning of the **Oaths and Affirmations Act 2018**.
