19 Protection of registrars (1) A registrar has, in the performance of his or her duties as a registrar in good faith, the same protection and immunity as a judge has in the performance of his or her duties as a judge. (2) A deputy registrar has, in the performance of his or her duties as a deputy registrar in good faith, the same protection and immunity as a judge has in the performance of his or her duties as a judge.
