97C Authority may provide protection services (1) The Authority may enter into an agreement with any person to provide any other property protection or loss mitigation service for the prevention of or to deal with the effects of any emergency or hazard. (2) The Authority may charge for the provision of services under subsection (1) in accordance with the regulations. S. 97D inserted by No. 50/1989 s. 26(10).
